Maverick is led by Alexia McCall, a licensed Realtor and home builder who brings a unique perspective to the construction process. Years spent inside the real estate industry shaped how she views homes: not just as structures, but as lived in spaces that need to function well, feel considered, and stand the test of time.

Meet the Founder
Alexia’s path into construction didn’t follow a traditional blueprint. As a Realtor, she spent years walking homes, studying layouts, listening to buyers, and understanding what people truly value once they move in. That experience revealed something important great homes start long before construction begins.
Maverick Construction was created to carry that insight into the building process itself. The goal isn’t speed or volume. It’s clarity, intention, and learning the craft deeply one build at a time.
Why Maverick
The name Maverick is inspired by Alexia’s dog, a constant reminder of loyalty, independence, and personality. It also reflects a mindset; thinking independently, moving thoughtfully, and choosing a path that isn’t defined by convention.
Maverick Construction embraces that approach doing the work carefully, documenting the process honestly, and allowing growth to happen deliberately rather than forcefully.

After walking countless properties and absorbing everything the market could teach her, one thing became clear:
